About Our Toddler 1 Program
4-Star Parent Aware Rated
Our Toddler 1 Program at Learning Explorers is designed for children ages 16 months to 33 months, a stage full of energy, curiosity, and rapid growth. As toddlers begin to walk, talk, and express their independence, our classrooms are built to support safe exploration and joyful learning.
We blend structure and spontaneity, offering engaging activities that promote communication, motor development, and social-emotional growth. Daily routines like group time, music, stories, and sensory play help toddlers feel secure while encouraging creativity and emerging self-help skills.
Each child is encouraged to explore at their own pace with warm, consistent caregivers who guide them through early milestones, big emotions, and new discoveries with patience and care.

Developmental Focus Areas
Self Help
Skills
Toddlers practice putting on shoes, washing hands, and feeding themselves with growing independence. These daily routines build confidence and support their journey toward self-care and autonomy.
Language & Communication
We encourage toddlers to use their words, name feelings, and participate in songs and simple stories. Through guided conversations and expressive play, they expand their vocabulary and social connection.
Social
Participation
Taking turns, sharing, and learning how to express needs respectfully are all supported through group play. Cooperative games and peer interactions build empathy and strengthen community bonds.
Cognitive
Exploration
Activities like painting, dancing, building, and pretend play foster creativity and problem-solving. We offer hands-on experiences that support curiosity, focus, and early reasoning skills.
