The Backpackers Program is designed for older preschoolers (ages 35 months to Kindergarten) who are ready for more focused learning experiences in a playful, imaginative environment. As children approach school age, we create a space where they can grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually—all while still having fun.
This class blends project-based learning, creative expression, and classroom routines to prepare children for kindergarten. We nurture problem-solving, cooperation, and confidence by introducing children to more structured activities that still honor their need for discovery and joy.
Our goal is to help children build the foundational skills they’ll need for a successful transition into school—both academically and emotionally.

We support independence, self-regulation, empathy, and confidence as children learn to work and grow together. Daily challenges and group problem-solving build resilience and emotional awareness.
